It is important to think critically, to read critically, to look at the world critically.
Who would disagree with this sentence? But how can we actually make our thinking sharp and critical enough, but at the same time not fall into absolute nihilism and subjectivism, in which no one or anything can be trusted? We would like to use the example of reading and working with text to show how it is possible to work effectively with several basic methods of critical reading.
